Mark your calendars! Rose City Ring 2027 will bring handbell musicians from across Area 10 and beyond together for an inspiring weekend of music, learning, friendship, and ringing in beautiful Portland, Oregon.
Whether you’re a first-time festival participant or a seasoned ringer, you’ll find opportunities to grow musically, reconnect with friends, and experience the joy of making music together.

This Experience is for YOU!
The Youth Track at Rose City Ring 2027 is designed especially for students in grades 6–12 who love ringing handbells and want to grow as musicians while having fun.
Ring music chosen especially for youth, build your skills through engaging rehearsals and workshops, make new friends from across the Northwest, and become part of the larger Rose City Ring community.
Whether you ring with your church, your school, or another ensemble, you’ll find a welcoming place to learn, laugh, and grow.
Area 10 is committed to making the Youth Track accessible to as many young ringers as possible. Scholarship opportunities will be available, with details announced as registration approaches.
